Ibn Hajar al-Haytami reported: Imam al-Nasafi, may Allah have mercy on him, said, “When we are asked about our way and the way of those who disagree with us in the branches of the religion, it obligatory for us to answer that our way is correct but could be mistaken, and their way is mistaken but could be correct.”
