Aisha reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would kiss and embrace his wives while fasting, and he had more control over his passions than any of you.

Al-Tirmidhi said, “Some of the people of knowledge said kissing decreases the reward but does not break the fast. Their view is that a fasting person may kiss if he has control of himself. If he cannot guarantee himself, he should avoid kissing to safeguard his fast.”
