Abdullah ibn Mas’ud reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Allah did not send down any disease but that he also sent its cure.”
In another narration, the Prophet said, “One who has knowledge of it knows it, and one ignorant of it is ignorant.”

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ مَا أَنْزَلَ اللَّهُ دَاءً إِلَّا أَنْزَلَ لَهُ دَوَاءً
وفي رواية أخرى قال عَلِمَهُ مَنْ عَلِمَهُ وَجَهِلَهُ مَنْ جَهِلَهُ
