Hadith on Anger: Great virtue of controlling, swallowing anger

Ibn Umar reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “There is nothing swallowed with a greater reward from Allah than a servant who swallows his rage, seeking thereby the countenance of Allah.
