Al-Rubayyi’ bint Mu’awwidh reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, came to me after performing our marriage and he sat on my bed. Some young girls were playing the drums and singing in lamentation of my father, who had been killed at the battle of Badr. Then, one of the girls said, “There is a prophet among us who knows what will happen tomorrow.” The Prophet said, “Do not say this, but continue saying what you had said before.”
