Abdullah ibn Mughaffal reported: He heard his son supplicating, “O Allah, I ask You for the white palace on the right side of Paradise when I enter it.” Abdullah said, “O my son, ask Allah for Paradise and seek refuge in Him from the Hellfire, for I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: There will come some people who will transgress in purification and supplication.”

عن عبد الله بن مغفل أَنَّ سَمِعَ ابْنَهُ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ الْقَصْرَ الْأَبْيَضَ عَنْ يَمِينِ الْجَنَّةِ إِذَا دَخَلْتُهَا فَقَالَ أَيْ بُنَيَّ سَلْ اللَّهَ الْجَنَّةَ وَتَعَوَّذْ بِهِ مِنْ النَّارِ فَإِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ إِنَّهُ سَيَكُونُ فِي هَذِهِ الْأُمَّةِ قَوْمٌ يَعْتَدُونَ فِي الطَّهُورِ وَالدُّعَاءِ
