Hadith on Ihram: Pilgrims may kill harmful animals if needed

Aisha reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Five animals are harmful and are lawful to kill while in a state of pilgrimage or otherwise: a snake, a speckled crow, a rat, a biting dog, and a kite.

عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ خَمْسٌ فَوَاسِقُ يُقْتَلْنَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ الْحَيَّةُ وَالْغُرَابُ الْأَبْقَعُ وَالْفَأْرَةُ وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ وَالْحُدَيَّا
