Hadith on Sujud: Each prostration rewarded by a degree

Abu Dharr reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “No servant prostrates for the sake of Allah but that Allah will raise his status by a degree and expiate one of his sins.”

عن أبي ذر عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ مَا مِنْ عَبْدٍ يَسْجُدُ لِلَّهِ سَجْدَةً إِلَّا رَفَعَهُ اللَّهُ بِهَا دَرَجَةً وَحَطَّ عَنْهُ بِهَا خَطِيئَةً
