Hadith on Eating: Hold back your burping, do not overeat

Abu Juhayfah reported: I ate a stew of bread and fattened meat. Then, I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and I belched loudly. The Prophet said, “Restrain your belching. Verily, those who ate to their fill the most in this world will be the hungriest in the Hereafter.”
