Hadith on Islam: What does the Prophet call to?

Abu Tamimah reported: A man from Balhujaym said, “O Messenger of Allah, to what are you calling?” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “I call to Allah alone. If he lets you be harmed, you will call upon him and he will remove it. If you are lost in the wilderness, you will call upon him and he will bring you back. If you are afflicted by famine, you will call upon him and your crops will grow.” The man said, “Advise me.” The Prophet said, “Do not insult anyone and do not belittle any good deed, even meeting your brother with a cheerful face or sharing your vessel with a thirsty person.”
