Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever restricts his tongue, Allah will cover his faults. Whoever restrains his anger, Allah will restrain his punishment on the Day of Resurrection. Whoever apologizes to Allah, Allah Almighty will accept his apology.”
