Hadith on Wealth: Riches of world cause hatred, hostility

Umar ibn al-Khattab reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The world is not opened for anyone but that Allah Almighty will cast enmity and hatred between them until the Day of Resurrection; I pity on them for it.
