Hadith on Eating: All praise to Allah who provided for us

Abu Sa’id reported: When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, ate or drank, he would say, “All praise is due to Allah who has fed us, given us drink, and has made us Muslims.”

Source: Sunan al-Tirmidhī 3457

Grade: Hasan (fair) according to Ibn Hajar

عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ قَالَ كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا أَكَلَ أَوْ شَرِبَ قَالَ الْحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ الَّذِي أَطْعَمَنَا وَسَقَانَا وَجَعَلَنَا مُسْلِمِينَ
