Hadith on Salat: Angels pray with one who prays alone

Salman al-Farsi reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “If a man is in a deserted land and the time of prayer arrives, let him perform ablution. If he does not find water, let him perform dry ablution. If he performs the prayer, two angels pray with him. If he announces the call to prayer and performs the prayer, behind him will be angels among the armies of Allah whose great numbers cannot be seen.”
