‘Imran ibn Husayn reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The best of you belong to my generation, then those who follow them, then those who follow them. Verily, after you will come deceitful people who cannot be trusted. They will swear oaths without being asked to swear oaths, they will make vows they do not fulfill, and gluttony will prevail among them.”
