Hadith on Dua: Abu Bakr’s supplication for morning, evening, sleep

Abu Huraira reported: Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “O Messenger of Allah, instruct me with something to say in the mornings and evenings.” The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Say: O Allah, the Knower of the seen and the unseen, the Originator of the heavens and the earth, the Lord and Sovereign of everything, I testify there is no God but you. I seek refuge in You from the evil in myself, and the evil of Satan and his idolatry. Say it in the morning, the evening, and when you lie down for sleep.
