Hadith on Medicine: Hot, sweet, healthy drinks bring comfort

Aisha reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, talbina rests the heart of a sick person and takes away some grief.

Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Bukhari

Ibn Hajar said, “Al-Asma’i said talbina is a broth made from flour or bran, which contains honey. Others said it contains milk.”
