Ibn Abbas on Greeting: I would respond to Pharaoh if he greeted me

Sa’id ibn Jubayr reported: Ibn Abbas, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “If Pharaoh had said to me, ‘May Allah bless you,’ I would have said, ‘And you too,’ but Pharaoh has already died.”
