Ibn Mas’ud on Friends: Choose companions who remind you of Allah

Abu al-Ahwas reported: Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “Remember Allah Almighty often. You must not accompany anyone unless they help you remember Allah Almighty.”
