Mujahid reported: We were with Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with him, on a journey. We passed by a place and he kept to the side away from it. He was asked, “Why did you do that?” Ibn Umar said, “I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, do that, do I did that.”
