Hadith on Hereafter: If last deeds are good, ending is good

Mu’awiyah reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Verily, nothing remains in the world but trials and tribulations. The parable of one of your deeds is that of a vessel. If the top of the vessel is pleasant, the rest of it will be pleasant. If the top is malignant, the rest of it will be malignant.

عَنْ مُعَاوِيَة أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِنَّ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الدُّنْيَا بَلاءٌ وَفِتْنَةٌ وَإِنَّمَا مَثَلُ عَمَلِ أَحَدِكُمْ كَمَثَلِ الْوِعَاءِ إِذَا طَابَ أَعْلاهُ طَابَ أَسْفَلُهُ وَإِذَا خَبُثَ أَعْلاهُ خَبُثَ أَسْفَلُهُ
