Ali ibn Abi Talib reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “The Mahdi is from us, the prophetic household. Allah will set right his affairs in a single night.”

‘Ali al-Qari said, “Allah will set right his affairs and raise his status in one night, or in a moment of one night, such that those invested with authority will agree upon his Caliphate.”
