Hadith on Virtue: Be fair, be merciful, and keep your promises

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “When you judge, then be just. When you make a covenant, then keep it. When your mercy is sought, then be merciful. Whoever does not do any of that, the curse of Allah, His angels, and all people will be upon him.
