Sa’d ibn Abi Waqqas reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, used to seek refuge from these at the end of prayer, “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from cowardice. I seek refuge in You from returning to the feebleness of old age. I seek refuge in You from the trials of the world, and I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave.”
