Samurah ibn Jundub reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Be present at the sermon and come close to the Imam. Verily, a man continues to distance himself until he is delayed from Paradise, even though he will eventually enter it.”

عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ احْضُرُوا الذِّكْرَ وَادْنُوا مِنَ الْإِمَامِ فَإِنَّ الرَّجُلَ لَا يَزَالُ يَتَبَاعَدُ حَتَّى يُؤَخَّرَ فِي الْجَنَّةِ وَإِنْ دَخَلَهَا
