Hadith on Dua: The Prophet seeks refuge from committing injustice

Abu Huraira reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, would say, “O Allah, I seek refuge in You from poverty, scarcity, and humiliation. I seek refuge in You from committing wrong or being wronged.

Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Arna’ut

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يَقُولُ اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْفَقْرِ وَالْقِلَّةِ وَالذِّلَّةِ وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ أَنْ أَظْلِمَ أَوْ أُظْلَمَ
