Hadith on Tribulations: Prevalence of sudden death a sign of the Hour

Anas ibn Malik reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “From the nearness of the Hour is that the crescent moon will be sighted enlarged and it will be said it is the second night, that the mosques will be taken as mere fairways, and that sudden death will become prevalent.”
