Jabir reported: When death was approaching Mu’adh ibn Jabal, may Allah be pleased with him, he said, “Lift the cloth from my face. I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: Whoever testifies that there is no God but Allah, sincerely from his heart, he will enter Paradise.”

عَنْ جَابِرٍ أَنَّ مُعَاذًا رَضِيَ الله عَنْه لَمَّا حَضَرَتْهُ الْوَفَاةُ قَالَ اكْشِفُوا عَنِّي سِجْفَ الْقُبَّةِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ مَنْ شَهِدَ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَاّ اللهُ مُخْلِصًا مِنْ قَلْبِهِ دَخَلَ الْجَنَّةَ
