Umar ibn al-Khattab reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Destruction is in the desire for gold and silver.” Umar said, “O Messenger of Allah, what kind of wealth should we seek?” The Prophet said, “A tongue of remembrance, a grateful heart, and a believing wife.”
