Hadith on Anger: Honor in the Hereafter for suppressing rage

Mu’adh ibn Anas reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “Whoever suppresses his rage, even though he could unleash it, Allah will summon him on the Day of Resurrection before the heads of all creation to choose whichever maiden he wishes.”
