Abu al-Duha’ reported: Abdullah ibn Mas’ud, may Allah be pleased with him, said, “There is no verse in the Quran more comprehensive for the lawful and the unlawful, the commanding and the forbidding, than this verse: Verily, Allah commands justice, grace, as well as generosity to close relatives. He forbids indecency, wickedness, and aggression. He instructs you so perhaps you will be mindful.” (16:90)
