Verily, a man will be among a party in Islam, yet he consumes the wealth of his brother, he sheds his blood, he disobeys his Lord, and he disbelieves in his Creator. Thus, he must enter the Hellfire<\/strong>.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Source: al-Mu\u2019jam al-Kabi\u0304r lil-T\u0323abara\u0304ni\u0304 1724<\/p>\n<p>Grade: <i>Jayyid <\/i>(very good) according to Al-Albani<\/p>\n<p>Imam Ibn Hajar commented, \u201cAl-Shafi\u2019i said: Whoever is threatened in his property, his life, or his family, then he has the choice to speak to the aggressor or to call for help. If he cannot resolve it by speech or seeking help, then he is not required to fight. Otherwise, he may defend himself against that\u2014even if it leads to the aggressor\u2019s death. There is no liability upon him, neither compensation, blood money, or expiation. However, he does not have the right to deliberately intend to kill him. Ibn al-Mundhir said: The view held by the scholars is that a man may defend against what has been mentioned if he is wronged, without further qualification. However, all those whose opinions are preserved among the scholars of Hadith are in agreement on making an exception for the ruling authorities, based on the reports commanding patience under their
