I said, \u201cO Messenger of Allah, we were in ignorance and evil, but then Allah sent us this good. Will there be evil after this good?\u201d The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>.\u201d I said, \u201cWill there be good after that evil?\u201d The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>Yes, but within it is smog<\/strong>.\u201d I said, \u201cWhat is its smog?\u201d The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>Some people will not be guided by my guidance. You will recognize them and reject them<\/strong>.\u201d I said, \u201cWill there be evil after that good?\u201d The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>Yes, callers to the gates of Hellfire. Whoever answers them will taste it therein<\/strong>.\u201d I said, \u201cO Messenger of Allah, describe them to us.\u201d The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>They are from our ethnicity and speak our language.<\/strong>\u201d I said, \u201cWhat do you order me to do should that overtake me?\u201d The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>Hold fast to the community of Muslims and their leader<\/strong>.\u201d I said, \u201cWhat if there is no community and no leader?\u201d The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>Then withdraw from all of these sects, even if you must gnaw at tree roots
