His mount was prepared for him and he put on his traveling clothes. He called for some food and he ate it. I said to him, \u201cIs it the Sunnah?\u201d Anas said, \u201cYes, it is the Sunnah.\u201d Then he departed.<\/p>\n<p>Al-Tirmidhi said, \u201cSome of the people of knowledge adhered to this tradition. They said a traveler may break his fast in his house before leaving.
