him, \u201c<strong>O Ibn \u2018Abis, shall I not tell you about the best way to seek refuge for those who seek it?<\/strong>\u201d He said, \u201cOf course, O Messenger of Allah.\u201d The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>These two chapters, &#8216;Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of the daybreak,&#8217; <\/strong>(113:1) <strong>and, &#8216;Say, I seek refuge in the Lord of the
