The Prophet said, \u201c<strong>O Asma, when a woman reaches the age of maturity, it is not proper for her to show anything but this and this,<\/strong>\u201d and the Prophet pointed to his face and hands.<\/p>\n<p>Source: Sunan Abi\u0304 Da\u0304wu\u0304d 4104<\/p>\n<p>Grade:\u00a0<em>Hasan li ghayri\u00a0<\/em>(fair due to external evidence) according to Al-Arna&#8217;ut<\/p>\n<p>Imam Ibn Kathir commented, &#8220;<span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">Ibn Abbas and his followers possibly intended by the explanation of the verse, &#8220;<strong>Except for what is apparent,<\/strong>&#8221;
